"梅菜扣肉飯 $54 （Foodpanda 自取價 $49.6） 梅菜扣肉乃是一道傳統又懷舊的客家菜餚，同時也是客家名菜三寶之一，相信不少人都對這個實在又愛又恨，連我也不例外，但這個卻是我一家人每次到訪店家的必點的一款！ 這道菜的材料並不昂貴也不奢侈，就只有五花肉跟梅菜而已，但準備工夫多烹調時間又長⏳，雖然在外邊很常見到這度菜，不過吃到的不是又乾又柴的豬肉，就是只有一大堆肥膩的肥膏，實在不敢恭維 真正好吃的梅菜扣肉，功夫多多，肉要經過汆燙再醃味，先煎炸後切件，再將炒香及已較味的梅菜及醬汁塗滿肉的兩側和鋪滿後蓋上錫紙並蒸上一段長時間才完成 扣肉夠糜爛酥香，入口肥而不膩，連皮連肥膏一同吃才會吃到油花擁抱豬肉的幸福感；肉已吸盡梅菜的香氣，帶有梅菜的鹹香但不會死鹹，就連單吃梅菜和醬汁也會覺得惹味，因腩肉的油脂又能夠融入當中，更能吃到梅菜的香甜，白飯一碗少不免，可以的話添飯也沒有問題 店家所做的梅菜扣肉確實讓我有以上的感覺，雖然與兒時在傳統客家菜館吃過的有點出入（或許懂得做傳統做法的廚師不是退休或是已仙遊去），不過能做到如此美味的梅菜扣肉的食肆實在賣少見少，加上份量不少，每次吃這個也會覺得白飯永遠不夠！ 另一個不能錯失的就是店家的例湯，跟外間喝到的老火例湯截然不同，半點味精也沒有，味道濃郁又鮮味，全因店家不吝嗇的加入非常多的食材配料淆製，清甜不油膩，媽媽對店家的例湯讚譽有嘉，寧願不喝飲料也要喝多一碗湯"
